All sales are final. INSZN does not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or preference.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you are satisfied with sizing and fit.
Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds are only considered for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
The item must show a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred before delivery.
The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns showing signs of wear, washing, fragrance, deodorant marks, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted. INSZN reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Refund

“Refund Request”
Your email must include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo or video evidence clearly showing the defect
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
INSZN will provide instructions for returning the item.
INSZN will cover return shipping costs for approved defective-item returns.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Product appearance and fit may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the product description and size guide and accept these potential variations.
