Order Processing

All INSZN products are made to order.

Orders typically require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches.

Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Estimated delivery times:

United States

  • Approximately 5–7 business days

Canada

  • Approximately 7–14 business days

International

  • Approximately 10–21 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guarantees. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Total Delivery Time

Because each item is produced after purchase, the total estimated delivery window is:

United States:
Approximately 7–11 business days

This includes both production and shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • shipping method

  • package weight

  • number of items in the order

Shipping is calculated using a base rate for the first item and a smaller additional fee for extra items in the same shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on production timelines and fulfillment location.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

INSZN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance

  • carrier delays

  • weather disruptions

  • holidays or peak shipping periods

INSZN is not responsible for delays once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

INSZN is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
